The piece has 0 seams, 0 thumbprints, and does not have a start/ray in the center/base. The piece was hand pressed, and when done, it was painted/stained by hand.
As staining can be done at any time against the glass, variants are possible. Our standard colors reflect only those known to have been applyed by the manufacturer.
This would be a combination of 4016-15, 14 1/2" Plate, and 4016-16, Finger Bowl. The Finger Bowl does not fit well in the plate's center well.
